This example shows how you could create an automatic list allowing you to report on all assets insured by AETNA with no deductible, using these attributes:

  1. Create a list named AETNA-ZERO (Aetna, no deductible) with these attribute value range:
    AETNA-ZERO From 0 To 0
  2. For each asset that has a no-deductible clause included in the insurance, add the value AETNA to the attribute COMPANY CO, and add the value 0 (zero) to the attribute DEDUCTIBLE. If you also want to show the policy number on reports, add the policy number to the attribute POLICY NB.
  3. Select AETNA-ZERO on reporting or processing forms when you want the report or process to include only assets insured by AETNA with a no-deductible insurance.
