Adding assets

This chapter describes how you can add individual assets directly in the Asset Management application by specifying all the data required for each asset manually or by letting an addition template fill in some of the fields. Other ways to add assets are described in other chapters of this user guide.

Adding leased assets

Note: Adding leased assets involve processes that parallel very closely the processes described in this chapter. But leased assets require additional setup tasks on the Lease Management application side, and use a separate set of Asset Management forms.
