To browse backwards through records on a single-record form
- To browse backwards through records on a single-record form, access the appropriate application form.
- Type or select values for the key fields, placing the highest value possible in the last key field. (For numeric fields, the highest value will be all nines. For alphanumeric fields, the highest value will be all Zs.) For more information, see the section "Selecting Values for Key Fields".

.Note: If there is more than one key, you might be required to change the value for the next to last key field to continue browsing. -
Continue clicking Previous to move backward through the records.
When there are no more records to view, the status bar displays a message to that effect.
