Work with date fields on the selection criteria

You can specify a date value for a field on the selection criteria in different ways:

• Using Date Functions
  1. Select a Date Field to include in the selection criteria.
  2. Select one of the available date functions on the criteria text field:

     TODAY

     Returns the value of today.

     TODAY+N

     Returns the value of today plus the value of N in days.

     TODAY-N

     Returns the value of today minus the value of N in days.

  3. To show the value of the current criteria on the text field, you can click the ? button beside the text field.

     Date functions, when added on the criteria table, are displayed as-is. For example, TODAY+5. Add-Ins will automatically convert the function during processing.

• Using the Calendar
  1. Select a Date Field to include in the selection criteria.
  2. Click View Calendar.
  3. Select the date by clicking on it in the calendar.

     The chosen date should be displayed on the criteria text fields. This date will be displayed in its current format when added to the criteria table.
