Multiple Worksheet Upload
Starting with the April 2024 release, users can now upload data from multiple worksheets. In the Map Fields tab, a new tab group is added that can hold a maximum of five column maps for five worksheets. You can create unique column maps for every worksheet, given that they all upload to the same Infor Lawson form. You can also copy column maps of one worksheet and apply it to another.
However, these feature has some limitations to consider:
- Users cannot upload using worksheets from different workbooks. You are also limited to only five worksheets at a time.
- Users can only upload from multiple worksheets into a single Infor Lawson form. You cannot upload from one worksheet into one Lawson form, and then upload from another worksheet into a different Lawson form from the first.
- Worksheets are uploaded in sequence, which means the worksheets are uploaded in the order in which they are mapped in the Map Columns tab.
In addition, users can now save multiple column maps in the Upload Wizard definition file (.uwf). All column maps are saved and can be reloaded for future uploads.
