Changing Default Column Headings

The headings for columns in the Excel worksheet are based on the field names you selected for the Selected Fields list. In some cases, you want to rename them to avoid abbreviations or system names.

To modify a column heading

  1. Click the Column Headings tab.

    The fields you selected are displayed in the Column Headings list.

  2. Double-click a field name.

    The New Heading field appears with the existing field name. Change the field name to the text you want in a column heading, and then click OK.

  3. Repeat for each field name. When finished, click Next to proceed to the Criteria tab.
