Employee Absence Plan Master (LP31.1)

Use Employee Absence Plan Master (LP31.1) to maintain the dates that control absence plan processing, current balance amounts and the General Ledger override accounts for each plan structure to which an employee belongs.

LP31.1 has four tabs: Dates, Balances, GL Accounts, and Carry Over. The Date tab has a master override flag to prevent Employee Absence Plan Update (LP100) from updating the record automatically. This can be useful if a record is added or ended manually and a group change occurs that would normally cause an update. The Date tab also has a link to the enrollment detail forms, if used by the absence plan.
