Close Unprocessed Service Records (LP199)

Note: Note: Employee Absence Plan Calculation (LP140) is responsible for processing service transactions. LP140 does not process records when the employee is not in an Absence Plan, nor when transaction is for an event (Service Code is blank). LP199 can be used to close these records that could otherwise remain open indefinitely.
