Absence Plan Hours Update (LP138)
Run Absence Plan Hours Update (LP138) to update the Absence Management application with manual adjustment entries based on the benefit enrollments and associated records from Vacation Hours Update (BN138).
Troubleshooting
It is possible to enroll an employee in a vacation buy/sell plan, update the balance in the absence plan by running LP138, then delete the Benefit on Employee Benefit Changes (BN32.1) prior to any payroll cycles being completed that include the benefit. You will see a warning message, but you can still perform the delete. If you do this, you will need to make a manual transaction entry in the Absence Management application to offset the balance update that was put through by LP138.
