LTO Lease - Update Balances (LM706)

Run this program to check the posted distributions and update the files (LMMASTER, LMMASTERX, LMCUAMT, LMCUAMTX) accordingly to ensure that correct balances are stored when these files are referenced in LM131 and LM421 calculations.

This is recommended step if you have already proceeded with the Adoption process and already have processed payments for your LTO leases. When run, the report only displays "Rebuilt LMCUAMT, LMCUAMTX, LMMASTER, and LMMASTERX".
