LTO Lease - Calculate NPV (LM705)

Run this program to update the LMLEASE NPV, Lease Obligation, and Asset Posting Book Basis if the lease satisfies these criteria:

If a lease is an Operating Lease, the Lease Term is > 12 months, Status is Released, Land Only = No, Terminate Date is blank, equal to, or later than Adopt Date, End Date > Adopt Date.

Run LM705 with Report Option R (Report Only) to review NPV and Lease Obligation calculated amounts for each of the existing released lease. Run in U (Update) to update the LMLEASE table with the new calculations.
