Update Allocation Code (LM700)

Run Update Allocation Code (LM700) to update the allocation code with the full GL account string for the allocation codes that are used on a lease. The account string data will come from the payment information on the lease. If an allocation code is assigned to more than one lease, the allocation code will be updated with the account string from the last related lease record.

If an allocation code exists but is not tied to a lease then no updates will made to that allocation code. To use the allocation code at a later date will require that it be manually deleted and re-added.
