Lease Interface Adjustment (LM50.1)
Use Lease Interface Adjustment (LM50.1) to view and maintain lease information you are converting from a non-Lawson environment (a spreadsheet for example) to the Lawson Lease Management application and to verify information transferred to the Lawson system correctly. If you are accruing the percentage rent portion of your lease payment, you must include an Accrued Rent Account company, accounting unit, account, and subaccount.
You can attach a predefined allocation code to the debt/expense (operating), interest (capital), and/or executory cost sections of the lease. The allocation code is used to define how the invoice creation and interest calculation programs split the expense between accounting units. You can enter a debt/expense allocation code only for operating, or interest only for capital. You cannot enter both.
