Account Options (GL20.3)

Use Account Options (GL20.3) to define options for a posting account. The Chart Values box displays the options defined for the account in Chart of Accounts (GL00.1). Leave the fields blank to use the value assigned in the chart of accounts.

To restrict account usage to specific systems, click the Systems button to open the Posting Account System Restrictions. For each account, you determine the account status (Active or Inactive), how transactions are summarized, whether to allow or require units, and whether activities defined in are required.
