Patient Audit Report (PC191)

Use Patient Audit Report (PC191) to print a report of all field maintenance activity that happened in the Patient Information table. This report includes the field description, before and after field values, and the date and time the maintenance happened. This report also includes the operator who signed at the time the maintenance was done.

You must print this report for a specific company. You can also specify the patient ID and a date. These options let you audit the Patient Information table maintenance activity for a specific date range.

This program also lets you delete Patient Information audit records from the Patient Charge Item audit table. These options are selected by default when you print a listing of Patient Information audit records. When you delete a Patient Information audit record or audit records in specific date range, these will not be included in the print.

Note:  Audit trail records are maintained in the application only if your IC Company (IC01.1) is set up audit Patient Information maintenance activities.
