Canada Vacation Audit (TA147)

Run Canadian Vacation Audit (TA147) to perform these tasks:

  • View vacationable dollars and vacation pay
  • View the percentage of wages paid as vacation pay
  • Compare the percentage to the government standards percentage or a percentage that you enter
You can print these types of report:
  • Shortfalls Only prints a report of the time accrual dollars paid to the employee are less than the percentage calculation entered on the TA147 parameters.
  • All Differences prints a report of all differences, whether positive or negative.
  • All Employee's in Plan prints a report of all employees, even if there are no differences between the parameters entered and the amounts paid.

Processing effect

The time records are created using the pay code from Canada Vacation Hours Schedule (TA40.2) or Canada Vacation Date Schedule (TA40.3).
Note: No matter which report option is selected, time records are created only for shortfalls.
