California (HR16.5)

Use California (HR16.5) to assign wage plan codes and branch codes to employees for quarterly wage reporting.

The state of California requires a wage plan code, and usually there is one wage plan code per state employer account number.

Branch codes represent locations within the same account number, and are optional.
