Filter (GM65.5)

Use Filter (GM65.5) to filter effort records by certifier or status.

You can filter by primary certifier or by secondary certifier, not by both. You can filter by primary certifier and status as well as by secondary certifier and status. You can also filter by status alone.

The certifier's HR company does not have to be the same as the employee's HR company. If you filter by certifier, you must enter both the HR company and the employee number of the certifier.

To enable the filter, select Yes in the Enable Filter field and click OK. Use an Inquire action on GM65.2 to display the filtered items.
