Award Deliverables (GM04.1)
Use Award Deliverables (GM04.1) to assign deliverables to a grant activity and to maintain deliverable information for the activity. A deliverable could be an invention or research report. Deliverable information includes the employee responsible for the deliverable and the deliverable due date.
You define your deliverables on Codes (GM02.1). Codes must be defined before any award setup can be completed.
Note: You can use the Award Deliverables Alert Report (GM204) to print
a listing of deliverables that have been delivered for a grant activity or
to print a listing of what is due as of a certain date.
