Use Define Format (RW20.2) to define a new report format including the report folder, print size, and column size.

Use the Main tab to assign a folder, define the print size, define the column width, and define the space between each column. You can choose the copy button to open the Format Copy subform. Use the subform to create a new format by copying an existing one and assign a folder.
Use the Column Defaults tab to select defaults for each column.
