Treasury Mgmt to GL Upload (GL565)

Run Treasury Mgmt to GL Upload (GL565) to interface a third party treasury management product into the General Ledger application.

Processing effect

During the interface process, records are created in a CSV file. The GL565 program will read the CSV file and create General Ledger Transaction Interface (GLTRANSREL) (UNIX/Windows) or (DBGLGTR) (IBM i) records. You run GL165 (Transaction Interface) to load the transaction interface file for use in the Lawson system.

When a record is moved from the General Ledger Transaction Interface (GLTRANSREL) (UNIX/Windows) or (DBGLGTR) (IBM i) file to the General Ledger Transaction (GLTRANS) (UNIX/Windows) or DBGLGLT (IBM i) file, the interface file is deleted, unless errors are found.

Troubleshooting

Use Transaction Interface Maintenance (GL65.1) to correct errors and rerun this program.
