Journal Analysis (GL41.1)

Use Journal Analysis (GL41.1) to view subsystem, current, and historical journal entries. Use this program to view released journal entries and verify intercompany journal status defined in Journal Entry (GL40.1).

The journal entry status displays:

Unreleased indicates the journal entry is not complete and changes are allowed.
Released indicates the journal entry is complete and changes are not allowed.
Quickpost performs an online posting function with no audit trail.
Posted indicates the journal entry is posted to the General Ledger system.
History indicates the journal entry is posted and the period is closed.
