Run Outstanding Balances by Sales Representative (FR250) to print a report that identifies the outstanding balances for sales representatives.

You can print a report for the outstanding balances for all or selected sales representatives.

The report lists the balances by sales representative and customer. In addition to the last 10 statement balances, the report lists the total of the most recent open charges: open (unreleased) actual sales, call-in estimates, or estimates.
