Customer Contract (FR10.1)

Use Customer Contract (FR10.1) to define and maintain a valid contract between the company and the customer. In the Franchise Management application, a contract is a business agreement that defines the charges, due dates, and other terms of the agreement between the franchiser, referred to as the "company," and the franchisee, referred to as the "customer." Also, use this form to add and maintain any comments for a particular contract.

Define a valid company, customer, ship to number, and contract number. Only one contract can be active for a particular company, customer, and ship to location.

More Information

After you define a contract between the company and the customer, you can attach charges to the contract. You can attach charges to the contract using the Copy button on this form or by manually assigning them in FR15.1 (Customer Contract Charges). Also, after you define a contract in FR10.1, you can create sales entries based on the contract by using FR20.1 (Sales Entry).

You can use the Copy button to add charges to a contract by copying them either from an existing customer contract or from a standard contract.
