Option to add in System Name to catalog source objects

Description	Beginning with DWD 11.3.1 HF4, in the ‘Build Catalog Metadata Wizard’, ‘Append System Name in the Catalog Name’ is available to enable users to choose the system name to add to the catalog name. Similar process applies to ‘Import metadata’ using ‘Transform to catalog’ option.
Impact	Customers can identify catalog source objects created for a specific data source system.
