Import Metadata from Microsoft SQL Server 2019

Description	Beginning with 11.3.1 HF36, customers can now import metadata from Microsoft SQL Server 2019 data sources. In the Import Metadata menu, you can use one option to select any SQL version. There is an additional SQL compatibility level for Microsoft SQL Server 2019.
