Beginning with 11.3.1 HF30, customers can now use the “Optimize
for Unknown” SQL query hint on specific Catalog and Datamart tables. This query hint
directs the SQL Query Optimizer to use execution plans that are based on statistical
data instead of the variable values used in filters. |
