Infor Business Vault Data Warehouse Designer uses temporary tables
and table variables for its SQL processes. Microsoft SQL Server caches these objects
referenced in a stored procedure for reuse and to reduce contention. Beginning with
DWD 11.3.1 HF18, this new feature will clear Tempdb temporary tables to minimize the
Tempdb file size during compilation and ETL processing. |
