DWD ETL job email notification

Description	Beginning with DWD 11.3.1 HF22, DWD ETL can now automatically send email notifications after every ETL job execution. Emails can be customized depending on job status (success or fail) with the added option to select a preferred date format.
Impact	Users can now create and customize email notifications to alert them of their ETL jobs.
