Transform to Unicode as an option

Previously, a data source system can be defined as Single Byte or Unicode as its character set. When Single Byte is selected, by design a data transformation task, converting to Unicode, is added on the SSIS package upon compilation. This is considered a limitation for cases where data should remain as single byte.

Beginning with DWD 11.3.1 HF1, this feature gives the user an option to choose if data should be transformed to Unicode or retain its character set.

Customer have the option to retain the original character set used by their metadata.
