Clustered columnstore index for Microsoft SQL Server 2014

Description	Beginning with 11.3.1 HF15, clustered columnstore index is now available for DWD Profiles using Microsoft SQL Server 2014 as their DWD database engine.
Impact	Customer can now create clustered columnstore indexes for their datamart objects.
