Import Metadata from Microsoft SQL Server 2017

Description	Beginning with DWD 11.3.1 HF27, customers can now import metadata from Microsoft SQL Server 2017 data sources. Additionally, all SQL versions have been combined in one option under the Import Metadata menu.
