Compression levels for Index definitions

Description	Beginning with DWD 11.3.1 HF1, an additional option allowing the setting of compression levels for Index to page or row. Compressing the index will increase the number of rows returned per IO request, improving the query execution.
Impact	Customers have an option to optimize query execution by adjusting their Index compression levels.
