Add validation for merged columns modifications

Description	This validation feature can prevent inconsistencies when modifying mergers. Beginning with DWD 11.3.1 HF24, DWD added this validation feature to ensure that the modified merger has the same number and order of source tables and columns.
Impact	When modifying a merger, customers will be notified when tables and columns are not compatible.
