    En dash (–)

If there are no changes identified between Target and Source object or its property; applicable to the object's State, Filter, Index, Column, Relationship, Aggregation, and Processing Options.

    Rename

If the Source object exists on the rename table. This is applied to the object's State only.

    Deleted

If the object or property does not exist in the Source table but exists in the Target table. This is applied only to the object's State. The other remaining properties are left blank.

    New

If it is existing in the Source table but is not existing in the Target table. This is applied to the object's State, Filter, and Aggregation.

    Changed

If it is existing in the Target and Source table but has modification in one of its property or definition.

This is applied to the object's State, Filter, Index, Aggregation, and Processing Options.

It is also applicable to Column and Relationship but it signifies a general term for New, Rename, or Deleted columns or relationships. A general term is used because the Delta BMM is displayed for each object that can have multiple columns and relationship.
