Dictionary Structure

You can modify the dictionary structure by auto-generating it and/or creating a personalized view of the source objects and Splitters.

If you chose to personalize the dictionary tree, we recommend you structure it to reflect the planning and realization process for creating measurement models for the data warehouse composers.

Each DWD user can have his or her own personalized dictionary structure.

Note:

If the dictionary is empty (such as when you are setting up a dictionary structure for the first time after a DWD installation) perform an auto-generation to set up a dictionary structure predefined in DWD Designer.
