Contract Pay Cycles Rule (CW03.1)
Use Contract Pay Cycles Rule (CW03.1) to define remaining cycles for work schedule pay cycles. Defining remaining cycles will automate the calculation of cycles when adding Employee Contracts (CW13.1) mid year.
Processing Effect
Data in a contract pay cycle rule will automate the calculation of remaining cycles when adding Employee Contracts (CW13.1) mid year. Contract pay cycle rule set up is optional. If no contract pay cycle rule exists for the contract year, the pay ccyles will default form the Contract Work Schedule (CW01.1).
More Information
You must select a pay cycle end date and pay frequency for the automatic load of pay cycle dates and remaining pay cycles.
