Employee Contract Change Audit (CM35.1)
Use Employee Contract Change Audit (CM35.1) to store or display all pending position, position pay rate changes and work schedule changes/overrides that the Employee Contract Update (CM100) and Employee Contract Mass Add (CM101) will use to update employee contracts segments.
Processing Effect
Each detail line item represents one record for the Company and Employee. A record that is placed on hold in a detail line item will not be processed by CM100 and CM101. There are three display options for this form:
- All Records (both not on hold and on hold)
- Open Records (those not on hold) or
- Hold Records (those on hold only)

You can manually delete records on CM35.1 but you cannot manually add them. CM100 deletes all records on CM35.1 after processing them.
