EFT Extract Update (CB145)
Run EFT Extract Update (CB145) to process released cash ledger EFT payment or credit card extract.
CB145 produces a report that lists transactions by cash code, with cash code and report totals.
Cash Ledger transaction and distribution records are also created for a cash code if at least one cash ledger EFT payment receipt request is processed.
Processing Effect
CB145 creates an ACH formatted payment file in the LAWDIR/(productline)/work/CB145ACHTAPE directory. The ACH file name is a combination of the company, cash code, date, and time. For example, processing company 72, cash code CASH, on July 31, 2004 creates the following file: 0072CASH07310407554300
