Renew All (BR52.4)

Use Renew All (BR52.4) to renew the maintenance schedule for all products on an existing maintenance schedule. All products on the schedule that do not have a status of "Cancelled Invoice" or "Cancelled Maintenance" will be renewed by this program.

Renew All (BR52.4) can also create a maintenance schedule from a product contract by using the product contract's detail lines to provide the necessary information for the maintenance schedule.

Note that changes to an individual product's version or number of users cannot be accommodated using Renew All (BR52.4). If such changes are necessary, use Product Maintenance Renewal (BR52.5) to renew the maintenance schedule.
