Maintenance Schedule Copy (BR155)
Run Maintenance Schedule Copy (BR155) to renew multiple maintenance schedules. All renewed schedules will be created with the same end date and the same schedule name, and cannot be moved to another contract during the copy process.
Processing Effect
These rules encourage a naming a convention that identifies the specific month or quarter for the renewed schedules. For example, those customers due for renewal in Q1 or 2004 might have their product maintenance agreements renewed with a maintenance schedule named Q12004. The schedules are still unique to each contract even though they have the same name.
