Web Enrollment Contribution Limits (BS15.1)

Web Enrollment Contribution Limits (BS15.1) is used if the employee elects a beneft plan with a record type = 6,7,8,9, or 10. These are all the record types with coverage type =0 and any other associated Contribution Types.
