Use Age Credits (BN08.3) to give employees flex credits based on their age.
You determine how the application calculates an employee's age using parameters on this form. The application adds flex credits for age to the base amount of flex credits.
Processing Effect
The parameters you define in this form are used to calculate flex credits for employees in BN45.1 (Employee Flex Credits) and BN145 (Flex Credits Calculation).
