ACA Year-End ALE Member (BN00.7)

If the payroll report (PR09) structure for W2 reporting does not represent how your organization will process ACA reporting, then use the ACA Year-End ALE Member (BN00.7) to set up a benefit reporting structure. When there is an ACA Year-End ALE Member structure in place, the Payroll Report Entity structure is ignored.

An ACA Year-End ALE Member must have its own Employer Identification Number (EIN).
