Percent Complete by Acct Category (AC65.2)

Use Percent Complete by Acct Category (AC65.2) to calculate the percent complete for a given activity and account category.

Percent complete is calculated as follows: Percent Complete = Cost to Date / Life to Date Budget. You can calculate percentage of completion using Percent Complete Calculation (AC165) or you can use the Load function to have the system calculate it on AC65.1 and AC65.2.

Use AC65.1 or AC65.2 to compute percent complete online, or use AC165 to perform a batch calculation. Using AC65.1 or AC65.2, you can edit the computed percent complete if necessary, while you do not have that opportunity using AC165.
