AC Master Files Extract (AC590)

Run AC Data Extract (AC590) to extract Category Structure, Account Categories, Activities and Activity Group. The created CSV files are saved in the work directory.

These files are created when running AC590:
  • STRUCTURE - This file contains the category structure details.
  • ACCATSUM - This file maintains the summary account categories assigned to the category structure.
  • ACCATSUMX - This file contains all account categories assigned to the summary account categories in the category structure.
  • ACACTGRP - This file contains information from AC00.1 (Activity Group) about activity group set up and definitions.
  • ACACTIVITY - This file contains activity set-up and definition information from AC10.1 (Activity).
  • ACACCTCAT - This file contains information on account categories from AC05.1 (Account Categories).
