Preparing employee information for year-end

To prepare employee information for year end, you can run reports for negative wages and update the employee information. Employee information needs to be updated on Employee (HR11.1). Employee year-end information needs to be updated on Employee Year-End Parameters (PR11.1) and USERRA Year-End Parameters (PR11.2).

Running reports for negative wages Run a negative wages report to determine if any employees have negative wages. Payroll does not create a W-2 form or electronic file for employees with negative wages.
Updating employee information Update employee records to ensure that Social Security information is correct.
