Database tables
Four database tables are used to store the IRS processing data that is created by BN990:

BNACAIRS | DBBNPPI | The details for the ACA Offer Code (Line 14), ACA Safe Harbor Code (Line 15), and Cost (Line 16) by Report Entity. This data is used by BN297/BN299 for printing 1095 forms. | BN990 is used to create ACA IRS Code records for an employee by report entity. If an employee works in more than one report entity, it is possible to have a record for each report entity. |
BNACAIRSDP | DBBNPPJ | The employee/dependent self-insured coverage information that is required in the Covered Individuals section of the form for BN297/BN299. | BN990 creates the information. |
BNACAIRSDT | DBBNPP1 | The supporting detail that is used to generate the information for the 1095 forms. This supporting detail comes from the Offers, Enrollments, and Measurement Dates. | BN990 creates the information |
BNACAIRSHR | DBBNPP2 | Shows by month which report entity the employee reports to based on the ACA IRS Summary Hours (BN996). | BN996 creates this table from the BNACAHOURS table. After this table is created, BN996 replaces the existing BNACAIRS records with new records based on the report entity the employee worked. |
