Preparing year-end parameters

You must set up the parameters used to create year-end slips and electronic file. You can specify information into the Year End Parameter (PR27) form, or use the Year-End Parameters Copy/Delete (PR127) form to copy or delete parameters. Copying year-end parameters

Note: The Payroll application processes Canadian PR27.1 records by the topics, not by fields within the topics. That means if a process level PR27.1 record is found for a specific topic (that is, T1, T2, T3 and so forth), the application uses the topic record for employees who have history in that process level. If a PR27.1 process level record is not found, the application uses the company level PR27.1 record.
