View ACA Report Entity IRS Codes

  1. Access ACA Report Entity IRS Codes (BN99.2).
  2. Inquire on an employee.
  3. Select a Report Entity.

    1095-B: If an employee has a benefit enrollment, then a 1095 form is created. This is indicated by 1095 Form = B and Create Form = Y.

    1095-C: IRS Codes are generated by month based on the supporting data in the system. If the same value is used for all 12 months, then the value is displayed in the ALL row. When you select the row, additional information is populated with the supporting variables that were used to determine the IRS Codes.
